Booking and confirmation

A booking is accepted once the dispatcher confirms it: the vehicle, the pick-up time and the price. Until then a request is an enquiry, not an obligation on either side.

Changes to route, time or vehicle class are possible by agreement when a suitable car is free. The price is then recalculated and communicated before the change is made.

Waiting and cancellation

Free waiting: 60 minutes after landing on airport meets, 15 minutes on city pick-ups. Beyond that, waiting is billed at the hourly rate for the vehicle class.

Cancelling more than 3 hours before pick-up is free. Cancelling within 3 hours, or a no-show, is charged at the pick-up fee. For events, delegations and intercity routes, cancellation terms are agreed separately at booking.

Payment and documents

Payment is accepted by card, bank transfer or cash to the chauffeur. Companies can pay by bank transfer against an invoice with full supporting documents.
