How the price is calculated
An intercity trip is priced by route: distance both ways, waiting time on site and vehicle class. Fuel, toll sections and the chauffeur’s meals are already included — nothing extra appears en route.
A same-day return is usually cheaper than two one-way transfers: the car is driving back to Almaty regardless, and you pay for that once.
Matching the car to the road
Bishkek, Taldykorgan, Taraz and Astana are reached on asphalt — the S-Class is the most comfortable choice for two or three, the V-Class for up to six, the Sprinter for a group. Charyn and Kolsai are on asphalt too; the last stretch to Kaindy is a gravel track with a ford, covered in local off-road vehicles.
In winter we drive into the mountains only when the road is open. If snowfall is forecast or a pass is closed, the dispatcher warns you in advance and offers a new date — we do not set out on a route that could become unsafe.
