An airport transfer in Almaty starts at 30,000 ₸, a city trip at 30,000 ₸, an hour of chauffeured hire at 15,000 ₸, and a 10-hour business day at 150,000 ₸. These prices apply within the city; trips out of town, to the mountains and intercity are by arrangement. The price is fixed before departure and does not change for traffic or a delayed flight.

Can the price change after the trip?
No. The figure is confirmed before departure and fixed. Traffic, a delayed flight or a detour do not change it. It is recalculated only if you add stops or extend the time yourself — and we tell you before that happens.
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank card, transfer, or cash to the chauffeur. For companies — bank transfer against an invoice with full supporting documents, and monthly post-payment under contract.
Do you work with companies under contract and invoicing?
Yes. We sign a contract, issue invoices and provide full supporting documents. Each month we send a trip breakdown by employee and cost centre. An NDA is signed on request.
How long does the chauffeur wait for free?
At the airport, 60 minutes after landing — enough for passport control and baggage reclaim. For city pick-ups, 15 minutes. Beyond that an hourly waiting rate applies, which the dispatcher tells you about in advance.
Can I book a car for a few hours?
Yes. The minimum hourly booking is 3 hours, after which you pay for actual time. There is a business day — 10 hours with one chauffeur at a flat price, with each extra hour at the hourly rate. It is booked for a visit programme or a day of meetings.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes. Cancelling more than 3 hours before pick-up is free. Rescheduling is arranged at any time if a car is available. For events and long-distance routes, cancellation terms are agreed separately at booking.
