How the meeting works
A day before arrival the dispatcher confirms the booking and sends you the chauffeur’s name, the car model and its plate. On the day we watch the actual landing time: if the aircraft is three hours late, the chauffeur arrives three hours later — at no extra cost.
You are met inside the arrivals hall of Almaty International Airport (ALA) with a board carrying your name or your company’s. The chauffeur helps with luggage and walks you to the car in the nearest car park. If you would rather be met kerbside or at a specific airline desk, tell us in advance.
Night arrivals and early departures
A large share of flights into Almaty land between one and five in the morning. That is a normal shift for us: the dispatch desk runs 24/7, the night rate matches the day rate, and the chauffeur is on the road well ahead of time.
For departures we calculate pick-up from your flight time and the actual traffic to the airport rather than guessing. We allow 1.5 hours before a domestic flight and 2.5–3 hours before an international one, depending on terminal and time of day.
How long the drive into town takes
The airport sits about 15 km north-east of the centre. By day the drive to the Medeu or Bostandyk districts takes 25–40 minutes, up to an hour in the evening peak, and around 20 minutes at night. We build that margin into the plan so meetings are not moved.
Common destinations: hotels downtown, Esentai and the office towers along Al-Farabi, apartments around Dostyk–Abay, and direct runs into the mountains — Shymbulak and Medeu — bypassing the city.

The S-Class takes two medium suitcases plus hand luggage — the flagship boot is smaller than it looks. The V-Class takes up to six pieces, the Sprinter up to ten in a separate bay. If you have skis, a bicycle, instruments or equipment, tell us in advance and we will match the car to the dimensions.
