A ride-hailing app gives you the nearest car and a random driver. Here the vehicle is assigned in advance, the chauffeur knows the route and the pick-up point, and the fare is not recalculated after the fact.

How do I book a transfer?

Three ways: fill in the form on this site, message us on WhatsApp, or call the dispatch desk. We need the date, time, route, number of passengers and luggage. We will work out the rest and come back with an option.

What happens after I send a request?

Within 15 minutes a dispatcher contacts you, checks the details and confirms the car and the price. A day before the trip you receive a confirmation with the chauffeur’s name, the car model and its plate. Twenty to thirty minutes before pick-up the chauffeur tells you they are on the way.

Can the price change after the trip?

No. The figure is confirmed before departure and fixed. Traffic, a delayed flight or a detour do not change it. It is recalculated only if you add stops or extend the time yourself — and we tell you before that happens.

What payment methods do you accept?

Bank card, transfer, or cash to the chauffeur. For companies — bank transfer against an invoice with full supporting documents, and monthly post-payment under contract.

Do you operate at night?

The dispatch desk and chauffeurs operate 24/7, holidays included. The night rate is the same as the day rate — a large share of flights into Almaty land between one and five in the morning, and that is a normal shift for us.

How far in advance should I book?

A standard city transfer can be with you in 15–30 minutes if a car is free. Airport meets and requests for a specific car are best booked a day ahead; the S-Class and minibuses two to three days ahead. Events, delegations and long-distance routes need at least a week.
