What data we collect

When you send a request we receive your name, phone number, route, date and time, and any note you leave. This is used to confirm the booking, dispatch a car and reach you on the day.

The site uses web analytics that collect anonymised technical data: device type, referral source and pages viewed. This data does not identify you personally.

How we use and store data

Request data is used only to provide the service and handle related questions. We do not share it with third parties except where the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan explicitly requires it.

Request data is retained no longer than needed to fulfil obligations and accounting requirements. You may ask for your data to be deleted by writing to the email address listed on this site.
