The car is on point 10–15 minutes before the agreed time. On airport meets the chauffeur is inside arrivals before you reach the baggage belt.
The flight number is enough. A delay, an early landing or a terminal change requires no calls from you — we see it and adjust the pick-up.

Chauffeurs do not discuss passengers or routes, do not publish photographs with clients, and do not share contacts with third parties. For sensitive visits we sign an NDA and restrict the number of staff who know the details.
A standard city transfer can be with you in 15–30 minutes if a car is free. Airport meets and requests for a specific car are best booked a day ahead; the S-Class and minibuses two to three days ahead. Events, delegations and long-distance routes need at least a week.
Meetings where the car is seen, and trips for two or three — the S-Class. A family or group of up to six, heavy luggage or skis — the V-Class. More than six people — the Sprinter. If in doubt, describe the job to the dispatcher.
Yes, and at no extra cost. Give us the guest’s name in the request, or send your company logo — we print it and meet with it. For delegations we prepare boards in several languages.
